Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided or unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 days. We encourage all customers to review their shipping and billing information before checking out thoroughly.
Kindly note we can’t be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the box has been delivered to your address. If you have experienced this, we kindly encourage you to have instead the parcel delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
Standard Delivery Local
Most packages are delivered within 24-72 hours to all local addresses.
We ship via DHL Express; No deliveries to P.O. boxes or postal codes at this time. Shipments are delivered to the address you provided but not necessarily to you personally. An address with a central receiving area will be delivered to that area.
DHL may notify you of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery. Alternative delivery options such as delivery on another day, no signature required, redirection, or collection at a DHL Service Point may be offered.
• All order placed before 11am GMT Monday-Friday will ship the next business day after confirmation of payment. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship by Tuesday. • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
